The varsity girls fell to Waco at their place last night 38-23. The Tigers struggled to score even though they put up a good defensive effort for most of the game. Several charges taken by a few teammates were moments when energy was breathed back into the team. Sa'Deja Ellis knocked down both of her free throws, Avelle Bonfoh added 11 points and Skylar Ellis came up significant rebounds and tied up several jump balls in her minutes. The Tigers host Lake Belton on Tuesday.
