The JV Tigers had a great team win to beat Waco JV 42-30. The played well all game. Hailey Schutz led all scorers with 11 points including 3 three-pointers in the fourth quarter. Iris Molina and Da'nay Knox each added 9 points as well. Overall the team had 6 three-pointers. The team moved the ball quickly throughout the game and rebounded well at both ends of the court with help from Isabelle Gonzalez, Maddie Schloegel, Gabbi Heltness, Laney Martinez and newcomer Abby Rhett. Defensively the team frustrated Waco most of the game with numerous steals and forced turnovers. I am so proud of how they played together as team! The Tigers head across town to Lake Belton on Friday.
