Even in a 60-38 loss on the road to 9-2 Rouse, the Tigers are showed major progress in their game tonight. Opening the game with 2 double digit quarters, Belton's offense is starting to click. Unfortunately, after Rouse made adjustments, the Tigers struggled to score in the 3rd quarter and the deficit became too big to close. Emma Harvey played high quality defense on the inside and Avelle Bonfoh and Emma Flory had crucial rebounds. Isabella Warner led the offense with 17 points and Avelle Bonfoh added another 14. Rouse, undoubtedly, was some of the toughest competition the Tigers have seen this season and the team proved to be able to compete with them. Their next competition will come at the Lorena tournament which starts Thursday.
