The girls varsity team traveled to Caldwell High School for their second to last pre-season game of the year and came out with a big win 61-33. Scoring was well distributed between 7 different players. Avelle Bonfoh led the tigers with 20 points, Isabella Warner added 18 and Tyler Waldrep had her game high of 7. Madison bowling went 4 for 6 from the line and added a couple more buckets to finish with 8. Emma flory opened the game with a 3, one of 9 the Belton girls recorded on the night. The tigers never allowed the Caldwell hornets to score more than 10 in a quarter showing improved defense.
The Tigers take on Robinson at home before attending the Troy Christmas Classic to finish out their pre season before starting district play come the new year.
