The Belton Varsity Boys Basketball team faced a tough challenge on Tuesday, falling to the Killeen Ellison Eagles with a final score of 71-49. Despite the loss, there were plenty of standout performances that showcased the team's heart and determination. Noah Childers led the charge offensively with 17 points, consistently attacking the rim and finding his rhythm throughout the game. Daniel Briscoe displayed excellent court vision, making some key passes that helped create scoring opportunities. Off the bench, Luke Munden provided fantastic defense, bringing energy and intensity whenever he was on the floor. Ty Johnson also impressed with his tough finishing, scoring in traffic and keeping the team competitive throughout the game. Belton’s effort and growth continue to shine, and they’ll look to build on these positives as the season progresses
