The Tiger Tennis Team competed hard and played well against some solid competition in College Station on Friday the 16th. In B Boys Singles Noah Zajicek lost a tough semifinal match but was able to hold on to take third place. In A Girls Singles Masyn Knight lost a tough first round match but won her remaining matches to win consolation. In D Boys Doubles both teams lost close semifinal matches and played in an all Belton match for third and fourth. Dominic Weinart and Javier Encase won third over teammates Matthew Herrera and Ari Schanzmeyer. In C Mixed Doubles Julie He and Owen Boethel lost a tough first round match but made it to the consolation finals before falling in a close third set tiebreaker. The Tigers will be back in the BISD Varsity Tournament on March 1st. Way to Play Tigers!
