It was a tough loss to Waco University on Friday night that caused the Tigers to fall to tied for 3rd place with University. Reagan Stuart started on the mound for the Tigers and threw for just over 2 innings and gave up 6 earned runs. Lucy-Liu Gaines-Lucas came in for the Tigers and threw the remaining 5 innings with only 3 earned runs. Top hitters for the night were Ramsey Evans Curran and Andalyn Logan who both went 3 for 4 with 4 singles and 2 doubles. Hanna Wheeler also had a great night at the plate going 2 for 3 with a single and double. Unfortunately the Tiger bats were not enough to catch up to the early deficit by the Trojans. The Tigers go to Chaparral on Wednesday and play at 6:30 pm.
