On Tuesday, November 5th, the Belton Volleyball team traveled to Midway High School to compete against Kaufman High School in the first round of playoffs. The Tigers swept Kaufman (26-24, 25-12, 25-13) to take the Bi-District title!

The Tigers nerves were high in the first set, but taking the first set boosted their momentum and the team was able to play relaxed and execute very well. Freshmen right side hitter, Malu Pula, was very consistent for the Tigers in crucial moments and finished the match with 9 kills. Senior OH, Macyen Doskocil, led the match with 12 kills. CJ Stites, Landry Duggan, and Kaitlyn McCracken did a great job helping the Tigers earn points with their aggressive, consistent serves.

The Tigers advanced to the next round later this week and will have playoff information for the next round soon. Way to go Tigers!
