JVA Boys Soccer had there 1st match against Academy HS last night. The match started off a bit slow but ball movement among the Tigers was really good. The communication on the field was wonderful to hear. Goals in the 1st half were made by Ezra Kahler and Aaron Hernandez which put the Tigers up 2-0 going into the half. The second half, Academy had chances but were unsuccessful and the Tigers were able to seal the game with another goal by Brayan Carrizales to make the final score 3-0. Great start boys going into the JV Tournament with our next opponent being Bastrop at Tiger Field. Go Tigers!!
