Beautiful night for a match Friday night as the JVA Boys Soccer Team took on Lake at Wilson-Kerzee Field. The game started out with the Tigers controlling the 1st half but no one was able to score. The Tigers had plenty of chances but couldn't seem to find the back of the net. The Tigers Defense and Midfield played well and we moved the ball to give our strikers chances. In the 2nd half the Tigers dropped their level of play a little bit and Lake capitalized scoring a goal with 9 minutes left in the match. The Tigers tried to bounce back but were not able to. Both teams played well and left everything they had on the field. Next game will be Tuesday Away against Waco University. Keep your heads up Tigers and Lets Move Forward. Go Tigers!!!
