Andalyn Logan collected three hits in three at bats, as Belton Varsity Tigers scrimmaged Troy on Saturday. Logan doubled in the second inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the fourth inning.
Belton Varsity Tigers flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring five runs on six hits. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Tara Stone that drove in two.
A double by Logan, and a single by Reagan Stuart helped Belton Varsity Tigers extend their early lead in the second.
Stone began the game for Belton Varsity Tigers. The right-handed pitcher allowed five hits and three runs over four innings, striking out four and walking one.
Belton Varsity Tigers tallied 19 hits in the game. Stone drove the middle of the lineup, leading Belton Varsity Tigers with three runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 3-for-3 on the day. Stone, Iris Molina, and Logan each collected three hits for Belton Varsity Tigers. Aubrey Lynch, Presli Thompson, Jacklyn Munoz, and Stuart each collected multiple hits for Belton Varsity Tigers. Molina stole two bases. Belton Varsity Tigers ran wild on the base paths, tallying five stolen bases for the game.

The Jv tigers also faced Troy. Trinity Ativalu led the team going 2 for 2 at the plate with 2 hits. Natalie Goulet held down the mound with 8 strikeouts in 5 innings.
Overall it was a great last scrimmage for the Tigers as they look forward to their home opener against Shoemaker on Tuesday night.
