Lady Tiger Soccer improved to 2-0 in district play with a 2-1 win over Lake Belton HS. The victory puts Belton in a two-way tie for first place with University HS, whom they will face on Tuesday.

It was an outstanding team effort by many Tigers, but a special note goes to Tori Lucksinger for her all-around defensive performance, which included winning aerial duels, making tackles, and stopping opposing attacks.

Kiersten Rowland scored both goals for Belton, with both assists coming from Ava Itz.
